Trekka is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always use good judgment and prioritize safety during outdoor activities.

If Trekka offers accounts, you’re responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

Purchases

Trekka may offer optional paid features. Purchases are handled by Apple’s App Store and subject to Apple’s terms.

Trekka and its content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or redistribute Trekka except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer

Trekka is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Trekka after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
